Refund Policy

At Metabology, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window and Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products
Items must be new, unused, unopened, and unwashed
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and its packaging
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the information, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
The refund will be processed within 7 business days
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

Please recheck your bank or payment account
Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

Items that are used, washed, opened, or not in new condition
Products returned after the 30-day return window
Items returned without following the approved return instructions

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window, subject to availability.

Items must meet the same return conditions (new and unused)
Exchanges are dependent on product availability
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order

Return Method: By mail
Return Label: Provided after return approval
Restocking Fee: No cost
Return Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refund Processing Time: Up to 7 business days after inspection

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy will apply.
