Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely at the time the order is placed. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees, to your selected payment method.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and verified.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. If you are using an international payment method, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and additional fees. These charges are outside of our control.

Payment Authorization & Verification

For fraud prevention and customer protection, all orders may be subject to payment verification. This may include:

If we are unable to verify payment details, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails to process, please check with your bank or payment provider. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, or security restrictions placed by your bank.

We are not responsible for delays caused by failed or declined payments.

Taxes & Duties

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations. International customers may be subject to additional import duties, VAT, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Cryptocurrency Payments

If you choose to pay using cryptocurrency, the payment amount is calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of checkout. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued based on the original payment amount or the current market value at the time of refund, whichever is lower.

Order Cancellation & Payment Reversal

Orders are held for a short period to allow modifications or cancellations. If an order is canceled before shipment, any authorized payment will be voided or refunded according to your payment provider’s processing time.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and standard return policies apply.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow:

3–5 business days for PayPal refunds
5–10 business days for credit/debit card refunds
Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns about your payment, please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions and future purchase limitations.
